I hope there is no issue to reviving this old thread, but I do so to garner any assistance I can get, whether from the skin creator for the topic's namesake or general support or support the above member found.

As for my issue, I am seeking to add the sidebar as illustrated in the images, though I see no-where where the CSS is to put it on my boards, so am a little lost at the moment....
