Is it possible to have a mafia themed ( THEME ) for my forum , Im new to making themes and from what I saw on how they are edited I would rather someone else do it for me.
I interested in a mafia theme, For it to stand out and for me to like it my to primary colors are Black & Red ,
now how everything else is , is entirely up to you the maker

So im not intemedating to the maker Images such as avatars I myself can do just the theme its self is impressive work , if I say so myself
