How do I get inherit to work in my plugin for text-shadow? I want it to inherit the banner text.

inherit just means it gets whatever style the parent had for that selector. default for MOST selectors is to inherit the parent style. in some cases, you would use inherit to ensure that no other CSS changes the style itself by telling it to inherit from whatever the parent had (like anchor tags being all forced to blue).
"inherit the banner text" doesnt make sense...
