Hi, DX121.

In Themes > Layout Templates > Thread, find this line and remove the bit in red.

<div class="control-bar ui-helper-clearfix $[scroll_class]">

Then find this line.

{if !$[quick_reply]}{if $[bottom_reply_button]}

Add a new line above it and place this on it.

It scrolls with you so it's easily accessible and you don't have to go to the top or bottom of the page to find it again, but to each their own.
