dislike plugin

hi 

i have added the dislike plugin but it is showing twice ie two dislike buttons showing and when you click one it says "gibby disliked this post" twice . 

can you help so it only shows once please

I don't have internet on my laptop. So i'll take a look at this in a week or so when i do get internet. I think i know what's up already but i just wanna confirm it first.

Gibby Try upgrading the karma plugin. There have been numerous updates since the version that you have.

When you say double of everything? What constitutes everything? I can assume dislike and karma, anything else? Like I said before I'm pretty sure i know the issue. The karma plugin was a part of it, but there may be another plugin. I'm busy today and am moving tomorrow (YAY!!) so i'll try and take a look at it tomorrow afternoon/evening.

Go to your manage plugin and make sure you only have one of each plugin listed.
If there are two or more of the same name, you should delete the older version.

Gibby for the karma. Remove everything you have in the mini-profile template for karma. How all that works was updated to make it easier.

Place this where ever in the mini-profile you want the give/take buttons to be.

Place this where ever you want the karma number to be.

<span class="userKarmaNumber$[user.id]"></span>

If you want to use the karma ranks place this in the mini-profile where you want the karma ranks to appear

<span class="karmarank$[user.id]"></span>


That's why your karma stuff is showing multiple times.

As far as the dislike plugin. You need to update your "Extra Smilies, with preview, drop down menu and option to view all (V2.0.3)" By todge because the current  version that you are using is using an outdated method for pagination(switch pages).

I dont know what you mean by karma number and ranks? at the moment we have nice and naughty , ?

Also my chess board isn't working today , could this have anything to do with that? thanks i.e. we can't start new chess games

i ended up disabling the karma
