On the navigation I want to make it where it says

"Welcome,username | Account"

On the part where it says "account" it has a dropdown menu. On it it has a button that leads to the user's profile and under it the logout button.

Is this possible?

It's definitely possible, though a layout template modification and some Javascript will be necessary to add the dropdown functionality you seek.

Same thing,but account has
