I want to place the users online info from the forum info box into an HTML widget on a custom page, more specifically I want to add it to my bulletin board. I just want a piece of HTML to show Staff, Users and Guests online just like in the forum info box.

If I'm not missing something [and you're still looking for this...] you can just grab that from your Home Layout Template (Admin -> Structure -> Layout Templates -> Home). Scroll to the bottom and look for your online.user variables, or just ctrl+f 'Online', find the title of the section of the Info Center you want (Users Online or Users Online in the Last 24 Hours) then just copy paste or do what you want to modify it.
Will just have to be mindful of the table setup when you grab the section(s) you want.

It wouldn't be possible to move the Users Online to another page. The template variables that output it are only available in the Home template.
