Extra Nickname

On behalf of a forum I am part of, I would like to request an "extra nickname" to be avaliable.
This may not be so accurately titled.

The general idea is to add an extra nickname below the rank. This will set apart "constructive" users and "non constructive" users. This nickname will only appear when an admin or mod has granted it to a user, when it will say Constructive.

Why is no plugin needed? I spent an hour searching what you can do to a forum, but I haven't found anything that would meet my template.

Because all you have to do is go to someone's profile to insert a Custom Title.

Profile > Edit Profile > Staff Options > Custom Title is right there at the top.
