I have version 2.1.6 I believe of the smiley drop menu installed and working on my forum, but Todge told me there's another, newer version out now ... 3.0.4 ... If I download this newer version to my forum, will it mess up what I have now? Do I have to import anything, if I switch to the newer version .. How do I make the transition a painless one? |

I download the newest version and couldn't get to work/appear in Quick reply so went back to my old version. I kind of disabled my older version to be be safe

You 'should' be able to install the new version over the older version and keep all your settings, but it's always a good idea to have a back-up of your smiley array just in case.
