Hover Banner?

So I have found some pretty awesome sites with I feature that I really want. I have tried coding this and it was just.... No. It was way beyond my ability and I feel really stupid about it. If no one replies to this I can try again but I really just don't have any patience for it, like, at all. So I am asking if anyone would be willing to make me a hover banner. Don't know what that is? Check out this site for an example. Do not rip it from that site, I can check to see if it is a very similar code and I will not take stolen content and you will be reported.

Okay, if you are interested and know you can do this I would be grateful forever. You would be listed in a specific thread for credits with the hover banner code credited to your name and a link back to wherever you want specified. Please PM me for details such as content of the boxes, color, and the general idea I have for it.

There is a "hover over banner" code in the template index and I believe the site you linked to used that template so no worries about ripping since it is for anyone to use.

No problem. There is a lot listed there so easy to miss.
