Edit: I have the problem that it just doesn't show a pop-up. Like... at all.

I tried on 2 different computers, mozila and chrome but still, no pop up. Not even on 100% chance. Not even on other people's test boards.

Am I missing something?

I'm not sure how the plugin works. But I do request in general troubleshooting situations that you at least post a link to the forum where this is running so a further diagnostic can be done if you are not missing something.

That's the specific thread.

First you need to turn off all Pop up blockers.

Also depending on your internet speed you need to wait for the pop up to show. Most of the time it takes about 30 seconds and you may need to scroll for it.

I also recommend making a board in staff and testing the creatures first before you let the members play. Half the time I have a space or a wayward punctuation that throws off the game.


I dont see the attack button so be sure to set the creature for Post: 1 and 100 %

I made a staff only test, I set it to 1 , 100% and still no response. I made a few changes to the code, so far, it looks like this:

Kill Notification

Key permissions are all on "Members and Staff".

I'm gonna keep trying for about 15 minutes. Then I'll give up and wait for an answer.


Is there Any other Plugins I may need before applying this one? Or anything in specific?

It looks like you added the wrong information to the appearance, attack and kill notifications..

For example, for the Appearance Notification you have..

[Pixie] Un Enemigo Aparece! Enemigo: [NAME]

[Morgan] Un Enemigo Aparece! Enemigo: [NAME]

Where you have added the creature NAMES, you should have the creature TITLES, so instead, they should be...

[Faerie] Un Enemigo Aparece! Enemigo: [NAME]

[Genma] Un Enemigo Aparece! Enemigo: [NAME]

I dont mean to bother you. ^^

I seem to be running into a problem. When a thread ends and the creature is killed the members are getting this.

Plugin key length exceeded.
(Limit: 4000 bytes)

Id: 19287

Error Code: 16

Over the image and it wont go away when clicked. Oo

I dont know why its happening and only happens when the monster is defeated.

Strange. Once the creature is defeated the keys should no longer be written to, and the pop-up should no longer appear.

Have you made any other changes to your forum recently?

The only change has been adding the Control Freak UBBC button plug in by Elton Bones. But I disabled it and see if that was the problem and it still happened.
