Oh dear. I think I may of found a bit of a problem. As I was testing this the creature shows up perfectly when you hit the number of set posts. But the moment the next person replies the pop up goes away. So if someone replies before the other players see the pop up they will miss it. oO As I can now use a post key, the info that pops up will now be added to the bottom of the latest post. If you wish, I can also make the pop-up appear everytime you enter the thread after the set amount of posts is reached, or I can use local storage and have the pop-up appear only once for any visitor to the thread.. The only problem with that is that if said member clears the stored data the pop-up would re-appear. That could be overcome if I use yet another key.. The choice is yours.

Oh I like that much better to have it be actual text on the post and as a pop up. I think setting it once for every visitor would be sort of cool just so long as every player involved can see the information and everyone is on the same page. If they clear the data and they see it again, I don't think it would be a big deal and once the thread is done it gets locked. Unless you think a pop up each time would be too annoying? Oh just a question. I still don't see it anywhere on the other site that I will actually be using this plug in for. Is it because i'm not the main admin?

Only the main admin can see the current plugin, I'll change that so that all administrators will have access as well as add the info to the latest post etc..

TodgeHey Todge. I had another question. If its too much trouble or not worth it its fine! ^^ Since the range of damage is 10 - 100 I was thinking. Would thee be a way to set certain responses to certain damage the creature gets? Say if the creature it hit with a random attack and the result is say 30 or under it could respond with say.. "Your weak attack has only resulted in making it angry!" Then maybe medium attack ranges from 30 - 70 have mid range attack responses. And from 70 - 100 you could set up text to where it is really hurt. Just an idea! If too much trouble its ok! ^^ Thanks again!

I have allowed the thread creation page to be available for all main admins, have made the pop-up appeareven if the creature is already chosen, have added the creature to the post and have cleaned up the pop-up.. Unfortunately I could not stop the pop-up from appearing more than once, though it will only pop-up if the post it appeared on is available.. There's nothing I can do about that either. You can download from the original link, as before.

I like it! The pop up came up with each post but I dont see it being a big deal. I did however notice the text I had on the intro didn't wrap. ^^ I do love the little image of the creature! Looks so cool so far!

Fixed issue with pop-up.. Will now appear only once, AND on pages that don't contain the post Added the 'Attack' button.

Hey TodgeI had an idea. Would it be possible to make a Hit Point Counter? I was thinking something like the edit money section of the monetary system where a member would click on the HP counter from their mini profile, and a pop up would come up letting them set in a number and have slots for adding and subtracting? It could be a separate plug in from the creature hunter since I have several uses for it but for the CH plug it it could be very useful. I don't know if you have time for this or not so if not that's ok.

Now you've lost me..
I can keep track of the mount of hit points a member accrues, that could be done withing this plugin, but I can't understand why you'd want a member to be able to edit the hitpoints that are counted from a random event.

Now that I think about it, scrap the HP counter idea. I think that would over complicate some things instead of making it easier hehe. ^^

@greedsins, I have added the attack function and tidied everything up a little.. You can download the new version from the same link as before. Ignore the extra tabs in the plugin, they will be removed once it's been finished.
