I want to add a fixed display of 5 images between my breadcrumbs bar and my Forum announcements - with LATEST FORUM IMAGES text above and the five images - each hyper linked to the respective thread post that the image appeared in. Here's what I'm after:

BTW, the forum is fixed with - 970 pixels.

Can someone please advise?
