People you follow , and popup cards ?

I hope this one is something that can be permitted !?? It's something that I've wanted, 
People you follow online: (this will use avatar_quote and can be visible only when the user you follow is online.)

And the pop up card that you see when you click the online users link:

I really hope this is something possible, cause most of my stuff I post isn't !

Currently, all that is available is the IDs of "friends" - people who follow each other. the bigger issue is in order to get the data for each of those people, it would require an AJAX call to the server to fetch user details. That has been made a feature request, but it is currently not possible.
