Minimum Word Count question

I am using a minimum word count plugin and it doesnt seem to be working for those accessing the board via their cell phones. Is there anything that I can do to make it fair for all persons?

Plugins and codes can't be used on mobile. The layout of the page is different on the mobile web version and both our app and Tapatalk don't render posts using any of the web languages plugins are built upon (HTML, CSS, Javascript) so any sort of coding applied to them would be inapplicable.
