Requesting a Graffiti styled theme

Hello!

I am trying to have a Graffiti styled theme made for my Gaming website..it doesnt have to be anything to crazy..but I would like the border to be of a graffiti style The text style does not need to be a graffiti style unless its at all possible making it without making it hard to read. 

I also have an idea for the banner and how the sitename and grahpics should look like.
