Drop down choices in a thread

Hey all, I have been making a site recently and i'm at he part where you would make a character and I want to be fancy.
I want the code which can enable me to use do this, so basically you have multiply options that you can use.


So i want to make it so once you click a line it will give you a dropdown menu.

I know of a plugin that enables this found here (not sure if it's accessible for guests): interoceandesigns.com/thread/3169 However, I do not think it allowed drop down menus but just text fields. You can always request another plugin that adds exactly what you want here: support.proboards.com/board/36/request-plugin
