PREFERRED FILLER: not really anyone, just need to make it look good.
IMAGES: no specific images, just need something related to Fairy Tail for the banner with "fairy tail bliss" written on it and everything should be fairy tail themed
COLOR SCHEME: fall themed
USED AT: fairytail-roleplay.boards.net/ but I'd like it to be done on a test forum first and then post back here when done.
