Post Quarantine Companion [library support]

This plugin adds the additional feature to the post quarantine plugin by adding a notifications menu up in the menu bar.  as posts are quarantined, approvers will get a notification.  clicking the menu item will bring up a table showing all pending quarantines, which are clickable to the post itself.  as quarantines are cleared, it will remove the item from the list.  you can also choose to clear out your entire list.

Do you know if there is a workaround for this plugin so a superkey will not have to be used?
