Disable Editing After a set time

I don't see it in the Plugin Library.  We have a Beta Version 1.01 but I don't think it is working.  I see in our security log our members are editing posts after our set time so I thought I need to update our plugin.  I can't find the plugin to update it.  Is it being called something else now or just gone?

Note that users can still edit their posts on the mobile version of the forum or the mobile app regardless of plugins or template edits.
