In many of the forums that I have been too each and every post has a number. Proboards does not. Not having a number assigned to each post it makes it difficult when you want direct someone to it through email or even link it in another post. I would love to have our posts all numbered. Can it be done?

Thank you so much for your speedy help. I did install it and as for numbering the post within a thread it works. However when I click the Spoiler Tab in the link you gave me it said to not installed this code and if I have it I am to remove it? So I removed it. So not so sure if I should keep it there.

That message is regarding the OLDER CODE thcri, the one labeled "updated:14 Sep 2013" is fine to use. The older code was placed in a spoiler so those that may still have it installed can recognize and remove it.

The older code was placed in a spoiler so those that may still have it installed can recognize and remove it. Again Thank you for you help. Another question though. Can we start with the first post as being #1. I was able to change the wording for Reply to Post as you can see in the picture so we could use post instead of reply. Also can we get rid of the posted just before the date. In other words, Post #1 Sept 28, 2014 at 8:12am

That may have an adverse effect on other pages such as search results
