Hi, pluqui. The link works fine for me. That error sounds like one you'd receive if your system clock isn't properly synchronized with time.windows.com.

I went to look at time.windows.com and got 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

The way to verify that your computer clock is correct is by right clicking on the clock in your system tray and clicking "Adjust Date/Time". In the window that pops up, click into the "Internet Time" tab and make sure that it indicates that your clock is synchronized with time.windows.com.
If it isn't, click "Change Settings" and check any appropriate boxes to set it to sync to Internet time.
Having a computer clock whose date/time is set incorrectly can cause errors like this on secure web pages, so definitely verify that.
