Gel/Memory foam Mattresses

I was looking into getting this mattress but i was wondering if anyone here had experiences with them? $200 is pretty cheap for a mattress so I'm not sure if it'll be crap, compared to the high dollar ones that cost 1k+.

Also I heard rumors that these mattresses can go bad if they're near a lot of cold/heat? Also it wont be on a frame until I can get one so anyone know if its worth it or not? Also I do lay in bed a lot so what are the chances of a bed like this collapsing?

It might be okay as a topper, its definitely not a "mattress" IMO.

I've had two foam mattresses since mid 80's, next bed is a regular mattress. I'm tired of foam mattresses

I got a great deal at sleep country for a good mattress, sometimes they have really good sales. 
I don't know what you can get for $200.00, perhaps Costco has some?

Maybe I could get something at a goodwill for cheap though I dont trust those sort of beds for obvious reasons xD

According to this video it looks like it can be used as a bed but I like mine to have a little height to them.

I used a 12 inch foam mattress for some 15 years, it was okay. And that 12 inch was just regular foam, not this fancy memory foam.

My current is memory foam and it's 18 inches, I've had it since 2000.

This one might do you long enough to save up for a regular mattress.

I just measure the bed now and they're just about the same lengthxwidth so it might be good enough just to throw on top.

I tried a memory foam at the store and I did not care for it. I think it would be good if you could actually try the bed out first seeing as the two of you will be spending so much time together.

I could always just return it to the store since we have like two walmarts close to us
