Notification of Admin panel changes

I don't know if this would be useful to anyone else (though I'd like to think it would be) but I'd like a plugin that sends a notification out when there have been changes in the admin panel. This could be a message, but I thought it might be easier to make it so you can view all the notifications through the plugin page. Is this possible?

More specifically, I'd like to know when a custom page has been modified and when categories/boards have been created/modified.

this is more of a feature request so go to support and ask. plugin can't do this

Plugins don't run when using the admin panel so I'd doubt this would be possible. You can always just check the security log for changes...
