This code allows you to place the news fader in the banner or just about anywhere else with the proper settings.

Place at the bottom of your stylesheet.
Adjusting the green will determine where the news appears.
Red is the background color.
Blue is the color of the links.
Purple is self explanatory.
Orange is for the link hover color.
