I created a plugin called automatic acronyms and exported it to the library. I then made some changes to it and updated an existing plugin, my auto acronyms one. I selected some options and completed the process, it then gave me a message saying my plugin has been created and I got a link to the plugin which is the same link I originally got when I initially submitted the plugin, so I thought it had worked. However, I'm not seeing any updates I made. The image is the same and so is the description. Should I be able to see the changes I made instantly, or does it need to go through some admin first? I kept the same revision number if that is used to prompt the changes (as i forgot to change it) but I didn't think that would be the cause of the problem. Cheers.

You should get an email letting you know that the update has been accepted. It probably hasn't been looked at yet...

Every time you upload a new update to the plugin library, since theoretically the code could be drastically changed, it has to be re-reviewed before it can go live. This process can be as brief as 20 minutes, but it can also take up to 2 days.
