Dynamically Tabbed Table v1.0.0 - 2nd tab display problem

I setup the table but encountered problems using four different browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Palemoon).  I cleared browser cache, also removed plugin and data and re-installed in forum with same result.

Problem encountered:

IE, Chrome Firefox: settings title, first table and all tab titles are fine, second tab does not display contents.  If you click on the second tab title, there is no content displayed.

Palemoon: only the settings title appears and no tab or sidebar titles displayed.

Hi,

Was able to figure out the problem. It was a setting within that plugin, the click to cycle style along with the collapsible Categories plugin (didn't realize it affected this plugin as well), it was collapsed, I happened to click on it and it opened up. XD

Updated:

Spoke too soon, only problem left is the second tab "test" created does not show the contents, only the title.  See attached pic in previous msg.

When I switched the tabs around, only the tab on top has its content appearing, nothing appears in the second tab below.
