Hello, I'll need some help with designing the forum since I don't have much experience in this.
I just need to close up the gap of my shout box and the navigation bar.

There is an ad between the shout box and the nav bar, at least there is viewing as a guest, and I don't know if you paid to go ad free and it is just showing for guests or not. If you aren't ad free, that is an option.

But assuming you are not ad free and don't intend to be, the ad has to stay although you can move your banner, menu bar and nav bar to be below the ad.

Would that work for you with the ad being at the top of the page? Like here on my test site? putteraround.proboards.com/

If you go into your wrapper template: Admin> Themes> Layout Templates>Forum Wrapper

Find about line 60 which is this.....

$[header]

.....and move it where you see it below in blue: (you'll need to scroll back up.)
