Plugin that welcomes users to your forum on first time there

As I have a closed forum with over 1200 members I would like to use it.. and thought it was to welcome new members NOT guests. at least I hope thats what it does.

I've sent in the update, it should work when they accept it.

Maybe I'm missing something here. We already have in the Admin settings for a one time Welcome message to new members. What does this do differently or special?

That can be in the default one, you type in anything you want it to say and it even uses the new members name, and if it is customizable per member you can't know what to say until after they join which defeats the purpose then. I'm only asking because I still don't get it Unless it's just a pop-up box?

The popup appears the first time they go to your site, they don't even have to be logged in. So you could put Welcome to our forum, if your a guest you should make an account. Then they might make an account on your site, a welcome message is only if they make an account.
