Moving the reply button up aboe the title bar

1. I want to move the reply button above the title bar
2. I want it to have custom formatting the other reply buttons do not share
3. I want it to have curved edged
4. I want it to have an icon next to the text, ie embed a small image in the button

my forum is

thethrowaways$.freeforums.net (remove the $ it's to fool spam bots)
