You will need to add your forum image banner  88x31

Your forum url
Your forum title
And a link to the page for the more info link

To add more banner links just add  BELOW to the marque

THEN ADD BELOW
TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR STYLE SHEET

IT WILL MAKE SURE THE BANNER STAYS IN LINE WITH THE TEXT AREA
AND FIX THE BUG WITH FIREFOX THAT WILL STOP
ADDING THE EXTRA ROWS ON THE TEXT AREA

Updated to fix the mouse over pause to work with Chrome 40 update

EDIT: the pause on the marquee works IE 11 & Chrome 40

if any has any idea for firefox?

While <marquee behavior="scroll" direction="left" onmouseover="this.stop();" onmouseout="this.start();">

will work IE 11 & Chrome

I have tried the following below as to get the pause to work firefox


I cannot get it pause  to work on firefox - Strange as was working before? on all browsers

Update! it seems to be working for me now on all Browsers IE 11 - Chrome - Firefox
It pauses the marquee when hover the mouse over the banner
