Hello crazyace, I am Sarapha, a friendly reviewer of forums. The way that I review a board is that I look it over as a guest, and write down what I see, in the order I see it. Then, I take another look, and see what details can be tweaked. I have 8+ years of experience with Proboards and its glory. Let us start First GlanceAt first glance, the background that you have is visually... Difficult. The dark grey with black has always been one that is hard to look at for long periods of time, especially in the striped pattern. I feel it is very distracting from the actual page itself, given that I've looked at the page for all of about 3 minutes now and I don't see anything yet aside from the background. Secondly, SWC doesn't tell me what the site is about, still trying to figure that one out... BannerGoing by the banner... I still have no idea what the site is about. I can see that it's the anniversary of the site, but... Is it sports related? I see various sports players in the banner, but nothing else. BoardsLooking through the boards, I'm still not entirely sure what the board is for. Is it simply a discussion forum? If so, what is the main focus? If it's sports related, where are the highlighted boards for that? I see only one board that is really dedicated to sports, everything else is a general discussion... Speaking of Which...The very first board on the site depicts that it is where "heavy debates" go. Given that the subject of the site likely isn't heavy debates, I can assume that the last thing you want to do is to draw in the crowd with that. I'm a person that loves me some debates, but seeing "marijuana", a topic that is touchy on all sides, as the first thread thrown at me in a site I have no clue what its mainframe is? It immediately tells me it's not the place I want to be. Something like that board should be moved down below the other boards, so that, if this is a board dedicated to talking about sports, you get the people that actually like to talk about sports, rather than the ones who see the heavy debates and bring a lot of flame to your board. The Rules... *searches high* *searches low* ... Where are your rules? That is the very first thing that people will go to look at when they are looking for a site to join. Yet, I don't see them anywhere. Having a site with no rules, especially one that seems to allow such heavy debates, that's asking for a mess of trouble. How do people know whether they've stepped the line? If it is such a place for debate, there has to be an established set of rules so that the debates are just that; a debate. Otherwise, it's going to be a caps party of vulgarity and insults.

The Rules are an anouncment in every board. We are a mixed forum discussing a variety of different topic. What color do you think ?

They may be in an announcement, but there is no place to actually find them as a new member. New people scanning your board won't look for rules there. I searched everywhere that a person skimming through to see if they like your site would look, and did not find them.
As for the question of what the site is about, it was rhetorical. Telling me here doesn't help anything, someone glancing through won't get that chance to be told. The site itself has to tell them what it's about without them having to ask, or the interest will disappear with record speed.
For the color, perhaps try black and white stripes. They blend better, and are so much easier on the eyes.

Probably directly above the "Debate Zone", a board that either states just "Rules", or if you have other things that need to be added (such as a description about what the site is), perhaps "Rules & Information". It will guaranteed be the first stop that anyone on your site will make before they decide whether to join.
Also, I do believe you are mistaken, I've looked all over your board, and I have not found a thread containing rules for the site. I even did an extensive search, and, among a lot of members having verbal altercations, the only thing that has constitutes as "rules" includes information about games and such.
