Theme Request

Hey all,



I was wanting to know if anyone is willing to help create a theme for me. It's more the structure and positioning of everything that I need assistance with.



I know in my mind how I want it to look but I don't have the Technical knowledge to write the CSS code.

The best possible thing to do, to at least see if people are able to help you, is by saying what it is you need doing (maybe a list - how you want it to look). Provide any examples if you have any. Then, even if someone can't help with the whole thing, they may be able to help with one or two which in turn, will do little by little.
