Have the same problem on two Pro Boards sites with my IPad. It wants to reload all of the time and I have to login in with username and password.
It is really awful when using the "search" function.
Any updates on this issue seems to be a pretty major problem?

Any updates on this issue seems to be a pretty major problem? This would be the latest: Hopefully our devs will be able to get to the task soon. One temporary work-around you can suggest iOS users that experience this issue would be to download the Opera web browser from the App store on their device. From other support articles I've read in Google searches for other websites that have this issue, this is one work around that was suggested that seems to work out (aside from switching to the mobile view). Again, it would just be temporary until our devs are able to correct the issue. We'll update as soon as a fix is live.

Oh dear tried Opera mini, no it is worse than safari, not only logs me out of my forum but kicks me out of the web browser too. It seemed really good to start with but as I used it for longer the worse it got. Gone back to Safari and the mobile version again. I might try another Opera, there appears to be more than one in the App Store.

That's the one I used and it was as bad if not worse than Safari. I have tried again this morning and I currently can't use either, except Safari in mobile, so I am using the laptop to post here.

Thanks for giving it a try at least, adminsew. I'll cross that suggestion off then.

Hi everyone,
we're tracking the issue and might have found a possible reason. It appears that the page crashes upon running out of memory and it does not appear to be limited just to our forums, but is very likely an issue on the side of iOS and the way it manages memory (or lack thereof) in a web browser.
Could I ask for anyone having issues to reply with some additional information?
On your device, go to: Settings -> General -> About
From this page, please copy the following information:
Version: Model:
This will allow us to confirm if the issue is indeed in the low memory of the devices.
As a quick (but temporary) fix, you can also try closing all the apps by double pressing the home button, which will show you a list of all open apps and swiping them all away one by one. You should be able to remove all but one (the "home screen"). After that, you should be able to browse a little longer as more memory will be available, however it is not certain that it will solve the issues.

This is becoming very very annoying! VERSION: 8.1.3 (12B466) MODEL: MC77OLLA Praying you guys can figure something out on your end or we will need a new provider for our forums. Two different groups!

One of our users is also reporting the issue on the forum. Claims he's cleared cache/temp files/cookies and that he always closes / terminates apps after using them.
Details on his system: Version: 8.1.2 (12B440) Model: MC916LL/A

I've double clicked the home button and closed all apps, cleared the cache etc., the forum was working quicker in the desktop view but still got logged out. The mobile version is currently the only way I can view my forum using the iPad. But at least I can still use it.

Here is the information I've gathered from my users so far, but I'm still waiting to hear from quite a few of them. Two users have stated that they have an older version of the iOS and are not experiencing the issue. I don't have their version and model yet. The users with the issue have all agreed that it is new to them and started a little over a week ago. One user stated that this only happens on Proboards for her and not with any other message board or site.
