I need to gift items to my members. I created gift codes, but idk how to let people use them

You just need to fill out all the text areas and add in what groups or individual members you want to send the gifts to and hit save. As a precaution i usually list my admin account there as well to make sure the gift code works properly. Once you save, the members will get a tiny gift box on the lower left hand yootil panel.

so, when I add them, does it only send it once?

Yes. It will send the item to whoever you list under members or groups and you can send it to more than one player at a time. If you don't add a member or group and hit save it will send it to everyone on the forum. Once you finish and hit save and you need to send another item its best to make a new code box. After a while you can delete the old code boxes once the players have received their items.
