It's not possible to reverse the order of posts in a thread. Sorry.

As much as I hate to disagree with an admin, I'd have to say that that's not strictly true.

While you can't reverse the order of the posts on the server, you can reverse them on screen.. Do that, and reverse the order page numbers etc., it would appear as if the latest post was at the top of the first page.
