So I am looking for developers to help me make a plugin that I came across from another user as stated here this is what the plugin will be:

so I have a rather complex request at hand. The idea is to create a forum with avatars you can dress up. Some sample sites would be gaiaonline.com, ernya.com, etc. Now I don't know if this is even possible to create as a plugin, I'm just throwing it out there if it's possible or not.
The avatars would have bases, like a female and male body, the user should be able to switch between the genders and would have an inventory where they can dress the body up with clothes, save and show it off as their avatar around the forum. Now in order for this to work we would need a place we can upload the item poses and put them on appropriate layers so they would work well when equipped on the body.
