I'd really like a nice theme for my forum all about betta fish. Since my own fish is the mascot, I'd like the color scheme to be based on his coloration.

This is the best one of his body, he was actually being still for a second.

And in this one you can see his fins.
I'd like the site to be easy to navigate, as we'll have a lot of guests looking for information. It would be good to have a place for the proboards shoutbox in a fixed sidebar on the left. It would also be great to have a spot for navigation links and social media links on the sidebar. I'd like for the width of the site to be 1000px. If it's possible, maybe the borders around the forum can look sort of like his fins? I can do my own graphics for the banner and background.
