The best way to do that would be to move the mini profile into the post body and set it to float left of the text. the problem with that is some styling will appear behind your mini profile, like at the example below: That said, provided that no one on your forum uses a div in their post, any text will come out like this: If you're okay with that then I can let you know what to change.

Yeah, pretty much. The reason is that by default, the mini profile is in its own, separate column with the post content in a different column. To get them together, they'd have to be in the same column and it'd present with the problems I listed above regarding divs.
Please note though that the mini profile doesn't have to be structured like in my examples! I wasn't sure if that was clear. They can still be the default style, but the issues with divs running behind the MP will still be a problem.
