Other than that, I'm not sure who is currently taking commissions. elli is a professional as well (and better than I am for what it's worth) and she's got a contact form on her website if you'd prefer to use her. You could always request a theme for free from here on support in the theme request board, or if you go to adoxography they often take requests from active members. I don't know how many of them are professionals though, I think most of them are hobbyists.
