Putting two images together?

I have my default image, the one that I use on most all of the PB forums that I'm apart of to show that its me, but would it be possible to put two images together?

I wanted to have my default image and then another image on top of it with its opacity put down to about 50% or so so both images can be seen together.

I only have one image at the moment. I'm looking for a good one of the Kodiak bear to use; I just wanted to know if this was possible.

Did you want it as a roll-over effect or as a single image? If it's a single I can do it. The roll-overs I haven't figured out yet.
