new threads aren't bold anymore...I really need help!

I just realized that new threads aren't bold. Can someone please help me? I noticed it stopped working after i added some things for the pm titles. I added !importants to the thread bold with no success. Whats wrong?

I just removed the conversation things i put in before to see if its causing it but its still not bold. Im really stuck. I really need this fixed quick before my members get really confused.
