Changing Avatar Size of Only Groups

Is it possible to change the avatar size for members of groups? I'd like to give group members slightly larger avatars as sort of a extra bonus for doing the work assigned to each group. For example, the default avatar for all members is 150px x 150px; could I make group avatars something like 150px x 200px giving their avatars a larger height?

I was able to change the size of my avatar but now the content of my mini profile do not fit. I tried changing the size of mini profile as well, but the contents were pulled down, still did not fit, and left white space at the top of the mini profile. How can I make the contents fit and align properly?

I resolved the problem I was facing in my second post, but the OP was never really addressed. Sorry for any confusion. I did however, alter the OP, in which it now says 'groups' instead of 'staff'.

Is there any way for me to set dimensions for the avatars of group members and also set separate dimensions for avatars of regular members? I'd suggest maybe using variables, if there is even a group variable.
