need help with a tag

I'm trying to make a music plug-in that will except my m3u playlist file.I tried the audio tag and embed tag and neither will work. I'm using FF browser.
Can anybody help?

I think I tried this one but it may be the address in question. I'm using dropbox.

Is there another site I could store my music and m3u files to make this work P̌̓aͧś̀t̀u͒le͆o͂2̀3̃̓ ?

OH. You are hotlinking? Yeah that is your problem. 
I've looked and looked and this is the best free hotlinking site I have found:

www.opendrive.com/

It seems to support almost all filetypes as well
(Its what I use to hotlink/stream audio files in my plugins)

This plugin that I'm doing is just practice for me so I can learn more on plugins. I may just use it on my site.
