Help with categories and board stacking.

I am working on my forum and I don't like how when I make new boards inside the categories that they stack side by site, is there a way where I  can make them stack on top of each other and maybe not be so wide. Also I would like the latest post or whatever on the right end.

That theme is designed to have side-by-side boards. If there is something about the theme you dislike, you should ask the theme creator, Margie, over at Adoxography.
