Page Buttons on bottom of page?

Hello,

I would like to know if there is an easy (or difficult, I'm game!) way to get the << Prev 1 2 . . Next >> and search action bar

to appear at the bottom of the post page as well as the top.

It gets tiring to have to "Go to Top" or scroll back to the top just to go to the next page....

Did I miss a setting somewhere?

it adds the page numbers top & Bottom Of the page

Also note that pagination bar scrolls down auto when scrolling down a thread
