Also, a general question. If I install a plugin and later, no longer want it, how do I uninstall it?

The checkbox for that plugin in the plugin settings section (of my manage plugin dashboard) says it's to enable/disable the plugin. I don't think this uninstalls it.

I'm not going to be making any changes to the plugin since Proboards V6 would require a complete rewrite, although tbh I have no idea when v6 will be released since it was announced years ago.

As for the colour, there isn't anything overwriting it but it's possible to change it on a per theme basis or by altering the colour in the plugins advanced tab for all themes.

I have this plugin on my forum and like it very much, but is there a way to limit it to particular themes that I have? There are two themes that I would like to exclude it from.

@quozzo , is there a way to keep the comment box off the recent posts on custom page? I have a static page for home, which shows the last 5 posts, but the comment box is showing.

Is it possible to make every comment have a white background versus every other comment? Because of my forum's theme, it is difficult to see the posts that aren't on a white bubble bar/banner

Hey. Sorry for the delay. Yes it should be possible. There's a section in the advanced tab that allows you to create CSS, if I remember correctly. If you have any issues let me know. I'm not currently at my computer so I can't check myself.

BTW: we have a "Highlight of the Day" thread that features this plugin, where a member posts something about their day (any topic) and all responses are made using the Post Comments only. It's quick & easy and it's cool to be able to read everyone's responses directly under the post rather than reading post after post.

Everyone likes this plugin so much that we have it enabled on all but 1 board!

Yes that's doable. In the advanced tab add this to the bottom of the CSS:

.postComment .userinfo:after, .submitComments span:after {
  content: ":";
}
