Header table with tabs?

Hello. I'm not exactly sure if this is where I should be posting this, but I'm kind of new to both PB Support and to coding, so please forgive me. I have no clue what I'm doing...

I like the idea of the table I found on this site with the different tabs for different information. Could anyone possibly give me a code to get something like this on my site, and instructions on where to put the code and how to customize it for my site? It would be greatly appreciated.
