Hex code colors- #aacc88

I would like the background of the banner to be the hexcode #aacc88, please. I would like in black color to be the sites name- Sprout Tower- and, if possible, the above image next to the sites name. This graphic will be used for the sites banner for affiliates.

Thought I would help out a bit, and try my hand at it. I did two versions, one as requested, and the other using a different image of Bellsprout.

EDIT: Also went a bit further on the freedoms, if you don't mind.
