odd request

i want to make you site slide and run sideways, i can make the width of the forum like 4000px but the 'welcome login participated' buttons need moving to the left.

and instead of catagories stacking up on top of each other, i want then to be side by side.

lol sounds crazy but is this possible ?

Anybody think they could do this ? iv had a little change which may make it easier.

Im wanting the shout box at the side of the main catagories, then be able to slide to it with a button maybe .... anyone interested ?

iv just been looking and iv got the 'up and down' button plugin on the right, im wondering if i can use it to slide it sideways some how .. iv no idea maybe ?
